Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of r2ware.dev (the "Website") operated by r2ware ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.
Note: These Terms cover use of the Website itself. Paid engagements, subscriptions, and client projects are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). If anything in those agreements conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, our systems, or other users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by introducing malware, scraping abusively, or overloading our infrastructure.
- Use the Website to send unsolicited communications, spam, or fraudulent submissions.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.
Intellectual property
The Website — including its text, graphics, logos, layouts, documentation, and source code — is owned by r2ware or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written permission, except for normal browsing and personal, non-commercial reference.
Submissions
Information and files you submit through forms on the Website (project descriptions, brand assets, documents, etc.) remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them as needed to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and, if we enter into an engagement, deliver the services you've requested. You represent that you have the right to share anything you submit.
Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors, analytics, or vendor documentation). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, r2ware AND ITS PRINCIPALS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold r2ware harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
